Casey Navis is a recent grad from Winona Sate University. In her 5 years there she ran cross country and played rugby. She has 8 years of medical experience, beginning as a CNA in a nursing and rehabilitation center.

Casey received a unique opportunity to intern at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN, where she worked alongside professionals in the Dan Abrams Healthy Living Center.

In July Casey moved to Colorado to begin her job as a Therapy and Rehab Tech at Champion Health. Therapy has always been Casey’s passion and she is driven to learn and experience more in her field. Casey is intrigued by the variety of outdoor activities Colorado has to offer and has been pursuing a diverse range of activities from rock climbing to snowshoeing in this wonderful state.

Paul Surniak has been a golf professional for 28 years and Class A PGA Member for 17 years. He has been a head golf paul_swingprofessional and head of instruction at several facilities in the Colorado area including Sumo Golf Village, Cherokee Ridge Golf, and Cheyenne Shadows Golf Club at Fort Carson and runs a Colorado Springs golf school.

Paul is a six time Colorado Long Drive Champion and seven time National Long Drive Qualifier. He is also a certified Instructor in the Golf Power Program: The Mental Side of the Game and has co-hosted The Golf Power Radio Show internationally over the Internet.

Paul started his own company called Quicktips Pro Golf several years ago, developing interactive CD-ROMs. Paul has worked with Nationally renowned instructors like Mike McGetrick 1999 National PGA Teacher of the Year, Ed Oldham 1999 Colorado Section PGA Teacher of the Year and Lana Ortega LPGA Member.

Paul has also Played on tours around the world including the China Tour, The Hooters Tour and will soon go through qualifying for the Champions Tour.

 

Dr. Michael LeahyDr. Leahy DC is the founder of Champion Health Associates and the respected inventor of Active Release Techniques®. He is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and served as a fighter and test-pilot. Dr. Leahy DC graduated summa-cum laude and valedictorian of Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1984 and became a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) in 1986. For the past 15 years, Dr. Leahy DC has been proudly serving Colorado Springs area patients and their families. He has been a competitor in over 25 Ironman triathlons and enjoys a multitude of interests.

As an advanced strength and fitness coach and sports nutritionist through the International Sports and Medicine Association, an exclusive Bio Signature practitioner certified by world renowned strength coach Charles Poliquin, and a TRX Suspension Trainer instructor, Kris has an impressive reputation to design some of the most effective fitness programs.
